Luna Photo Birmingham is launching its first print exhibition, Care and Defiance, at Centrala, Birmingham (1–31 May 2026), and invites applications from women, women-identifying and non-binary photographers based (residing or working) in the West Midlands. The exhibition foregrounds the contemporary female gaze, welcoming diverse interpretations of care, resistance, identity and social change. Ten artists will be selected to exhibit a body of work, with additional opportunities for wider participation through a curated salon hang.
