Now Hiring: Deputy Director (Operations & Executive Function)

Salary: £42,000-£45,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

NNCA is relaunching and opening a new cultural destination at 24 Guildhall Road, a landmark home for exhibitions, artist studios, digital practice, learning and community programmes.

We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious Deputy Director to join us at an exciting organisational moment.

You will

-Lead organisational strategy, fundraising & partnerships

-Oversee operations, HR, governance, finance & operations

-Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team

-Help define NNCA's next chapter by guiding organisational direction, developing a strong leadership culture and ensuring our work remains rooted in artists, communities and collaborative values.

We are looking for:

A strategic, values-led leader with senior management experience, strong fundraising ability and a commitment to building sustainable, artist-centred organisations.
