National Lottery funded role until 31 March 2029 coordinating two projects that will; support young people to become environmental leaders, and explore the overlooked heritage of women’s labour, activism, craft practices and everyday working lives in Black Country through artistic research, co-production and collective making.

Contract PAYE contract at £27,000 per annum.
Start date: mid-January 2027
End date: 31 March 2029.
37 hours per week (5 days, Monday to Friday), with some evening and weekend work required.
Hybrid.

About the role We want someone with strong organisational skills and experience in participatory arts and / or youth work who can collaboratively co-ordinate projects, work with a wide range of stakeholders and who shares our commitment to co-production and inclusivity. The role will co-ordinate, administer and support the on-the-ground delivery of the community engagement activities.
