I am looking for a locally based creative to share my studio space located at Telsen Building, by the Aston Expressway. This opportunity is best suited to a photographer or filmmaker, but could be suitable to any artist needing a creative space.

It's such a vibrant creative space but I am not using it enough. I'd rather share and keep it than move. It has great potential with a separate office space attached as well as the large studio.
