Call for Artist Facilitators – Christmas Family Workshop

Wolverhampton Art Gallery is seeking proposals for a festive, imaginative workshop on Saturday 13 December 2025, blending storytelling, performance, and making for children aged 5–12 and their families.

We’re looking for creative ideas that bring seasonal magic to life—think puppet-making, interactive storytelling, festive role-play, sensory theatre, or sound-based storytelling. The workshop can be one immersive session or two shorter ones (please specify in your proposal).

Details: 🕒 Time: 10:45 AM – 4:00 PM
💷 Fee: £250 (inclusive of travel)
🎨 Materials Budget: Up to £40
👥 Support: A paid assistant will help with setup and delivery
👪 Parents/carers must stay with children

Deadline: Friday 5 September 2025, 11:59 PM Applicants must have an Enhanced DBS, £5m Public Liability Insurance, and a UTR. New applicants should include a portfolio or website.
